Like any PR consultancy business, our staff are central to our success. Being based outside of London in the Thames Valley area favoured by many technology companies, allows us to avoid the employee ‘Revolving Door’ syndrome faced by many agencies. We adopt a ‘grow your own’ approach by recruiting local PR and journalism graduates and training them up to grow into tomorrow’s Account Managers and Directors.
